Record music from Rick Dees™ web radio site with Audials Tunebite

Learn how to convert and save music files from Rick.com

Rick Dees™ protects its music from being downloaded using a specialized process. Audials lets you get these songs in spite of this by simply recording via the soundcard.

The process is decidedly simple.  Audials records exactly what you hear in your speakers and identifies individual songs via an audio fingerprint, so that these songs appear neat and tidy in your player with the song titles attached.

Learn step-by-step how to record videos from Rick Dees™
 
Start Audials.
Switch to the ”Save Video” view located in the “Streaming” section.
Click “Video Recording” if it is not already activated.
Select the profile with the desired file format from “Convert”.
Open Rick.com in your browser.
*Play the desired video on Rick Dees™.
Click the rectangular “Download” button which appears in the browser on top of the video.
The video will now be downloaded and converted. The progress will be displayed next to it in the “Save Video” view.
After the recording is complete, the video will show up in the Audials player on the right side of your screen.
You can now play the video with Audials or drag and drop it into another application or Windows Explorer to export it.

*If you skip from one video to another, the state of the “Download” button will change to “Recording”. When you click on it a drop down menu will pop up showing you a list of all the videos you’ve been playing. They are preloaded and ready to be recorded and saved on your computer.

Note: If you do not want to save all the videos manually, you can always use the “Save automatically” feature located in the lower left part of the screen. This way, all the videos that are being played in your browser will be recorded and saved automatically on the computer.
