Hello,

I was wondering if anybody could help me with this problem.

I'm trying to convert a DRM WMV file that is 1.19 GB big running at 2,000 kbps.
After I convert it (only have 30 secs cuz of trial), the resulting video file is just black video. There is sound, however.
What is going on? If anybody can fix this problem, then I will prob buy the full version
Is the video file too big?
BTW, my computer passed all the tests during the install.
