stuck on "Detection in progress"

I'm trying to record streaming video in Audials Moviebox. It has only worked twice out of about 20 tries. The other 18 times, it gets stuck on "Detection in progress. Please start the video you want to capture…". This happens in both Auto and Manual mode. I downloaded the most recent upgrade and I still have this problem. Any advice?

stuck on "Detection in progress"

I'm having the same problem. I see a number of posts asking about this over the last couple of years but no answers. Is there support on this?

I'm a new user with Audials One v.9 , trying to record from Netflix. Audials gets stuck in a loop saying detection in progress. The only way I can record is to set it manually.

This used to work for me, but now all I get is the 'Detection in progress' message. Any hope of getting this working again?

Same problem here with Tunebite 8.0 trying to capture movie from DVD/Bluray drive on screen.
