New PC just built but unable to migrate 100% My Audials 9 Downloaded Music/Streams/ and Playlist in the new PC

Hello,

Greetings to Admin/Moderators and all the Forum members.

I have purchased the license for Audials 9 and recorded for almost 2 days music from a famous "zero beat guaranteed" radio.
In Audials I see them in the right window (playlist) and I select "Last 500 Tracks" that make me keep the same sequence of songs.

I have finished to mount my new PC (after 10 years!!!) and I have migrated everything but I cannot turn off the old PC because I am unable to migrate the music to the new PC and see the songs in the playlist panel.
I have found the songs saved in different folders (song by song) in the folder "Audials Recorded Music" and the BIG files of the uninterrupted streams in the folder "Audials Recorded Streams" and copied them to the new PC, but the newly installed Audials 9 does not "see" the music and the Playlist panel remains empty... no "Last 500 Track" and nothing...

I believe one of the issues can be that clicking the "Options" button and going to "Output" I am unable to correctly setup "Audio Base Folder", "My Music" and "Temporary Files"?

I tried to save the Playlist in the old PC, but I don't know where the playlist file is saved and how to Export the playlist.

Can someone help me please, guiding through the necessary steps?

Audials was installed in a XP OS before and now in Win 7 Ultimate OS. I have partitioned the HD and I have in "C" just the OS and files are saved in a different partition.

Sorry if I was long in my description, but I have tried to give you the full picture of this issue.

I really hope I will be able to enjoy the already recorded music in my new PC, obviously I would like the songs to be reproduced in the same sequence, so I will enjoy the mixages between the different "zero beat" music songs.

Thank you and I wish you a very good day.

Regards,

Fabio

... I did not receive any assistance from Audials team here or from the assistance web form I have filled, yet

I look forward for somebody from their team to take care of their customers....hopefully.

Will keep you (forum members) posted about this issue.

Did you already save the old music on your new PC (in any folder)? If not, do so. After that, follow these steps:

1. Change to the Media Center View: Music (or "All media files").

Do you see the missed media files? If not:

2. Click "Add/Edit folders" and choose the folder in which your old music is saved.(Mind attached file scs31.png: Where do I have to click?)
You should see your files now, BUT: Not in the playlist! (Mind attached file scs32.png: Your files should appear here!)

The Playlist of Last 1000 does only show the latest recordings from Audials! Since your old music has not been recorded with Audials on your new PC, Audials won't show them in the Playlist of Last 1000!

Don't worry! If you want to create a new Playlist change to the Media Center view: "Music" or "All media files" and add songs to a new playlist e.g. via drag and drop. Don't forget to save your new playlist ;-)

If you never worked with the media center before this topic might help you: The Mediacenter and playing media files .
