Frequently Asked Questions about Audials Software
With the Audials 2026 generation, we have changed our product portfolio. Audials Movie, Audials Music, Audials Radio, and Audials Vision are no longer available starting with the 2026 generation.
The following software products are now available:
Audials One Standard: Record music streaming, video streaming, radio, podcasts
Audials One Premium: Record music streaming, video streaming, radio, podcasts and additionally enhance music and videos with AI
With Audials One Standard, you can record music streaming, video streaming, radio, and podcasts, and manage your media.
Audials One Premium includes all features of Audials One Standard, and additionally allows you to enhance music and videos with AI.
Yes, you can install multiple Audials versions (e.g., 2024, 2025, 2026) on the same system. We only recommend not using them all at the same time.
However, you cannot install two different Audials 2026 products on the same system (e.g., Audials One 2026 Standard and Audials One 2026 Premium).
Please note that the installer is the same for all our Audials 2026 products. Only the license key makes the difference. The license key activates the features of your purchased version. So, if you have Audials 2026 installed and activate the product with an Audials One Standard license key, only the features of Audials One Standard will be available to you, not the Premium features.
Audials 2026 is a completely new version. Once you have installed it on your system, a new icon for it will appear on your desktop.
We recommend that you download and install the new Audials 2026 version, and only then uninstall your previous version. This is because you might want to transfer some files from the previous version to the new version.
Step 1: Install the free Audials on your PC.
Step 2: Start the Audials software. Open the options in the bottom left of Audials.
Step 3: After your purchase, you received a license key via email. Copy it under “Account & License”.
Step 4: Restart your software. Now all features are unlocked.
To edit videos or music using Artificial Intelligence, find the desired file in Audials. Open the three-dot menu of the file and select “Enhance Files”. Depending on whether it is a music or video file, a view will open where you can choose what you want to do:
