Audials helps you prepare music, movies, series, radio, and podcasts so they are available when you need them: offline, organized, and independent of a stable internet connection.
Streaming is convenient, but it is not always reliable. Wi-Fi can be weak, mobile reception can drop, and downloads in streaming apps can expire. With Audials, you can turn streamed content into your own media collection, use it on suitable devices and enhance its quality with AI.

In the car
Prepare playlists, albums, radio songs, or podcasts in advance and save them to your smartphone, USB stick, or SD card. Your music keeps playing in the car even when reception drops.
On the train or while commuting
Listen to music and podcasts without relying on unstable train Wi-Fi or mobile coverage.

Improve the quality of your entertainment
You can make your smartphone videos from ten years ago, movies and other footage sharper and upscale it to 4K. Music in lossy audio formats like MP3 can become up to 96 kHz studio quality.
What makes Audials different from simply streaming?
Audials helps you record, save, organize, and, depending on the feature, improve your content. Instead of relying only on streaming access, you build a media collection that is ready for everyday life, travel, family, sports, and leisure time.
Audials has consolidated its product range to provide a more streamlined and powerful user experience.
Audials One Standard includes all features that were previously offered as separate products:
• Audials Radio
• Audials Music
• Audials Movie
These individual products are no longer available as standalone versions. Their full functionality is now integrated into Audials One Standard, simplifying the product line while maintaining all core features.
Audials One Premium (formerly known as Audials One Ultra) includes everything in the Standard version, plus the additional capabilities of Audials Vision.
Audials Vision is an advanced AI-powered toolkit that helps you:
• Enhance the quality of audio and video content
• Organize media intelligently for better management and discovery
In summary:

Audials uses Cleverbridge as its authorized payment and e-commerce partner. Cleverbridge processes payments and handles the online shop system through which Audials products are sold.
Because of this, you may see the name Cleverbridge on your invoice, payment receipt, credit card statement, or purchase confirmation email. This is completely normal and does not indicate any problem with your order.
If you have recently purchased Audials and are unfamiliar with Cleverbridge, seeing a different company name may be confusing. But please be aware that Cleverbridge is the official payment provider for Audials and is authorized to sell Audials products on our behalf.
If you have any questions about your purchase, subscription, or invoice, please contact the Audials Support department.
Yes, you can have several Audials versions (eg 2023, 2024, 2025) installed on the same system, our only recommendation is to not use them all at the same time.
But you can not install on the same system two different Audials 2025 products (eg Audials Radio 2025 and Audials Music 2025)
Please be aware that the installer for all of our Audials 2025 products is the same, only the license key makes the difference (the license key activates the features of your purchased version). So, if you have installed Audials 2025 and you have activated the product with a Movie license key, you will have only the features of Movie available. Now, if you own also a license key for AudialsOne, you will have to go under Audials Options > Account&License> Product activation and remove the already entered license key and to enter the new one in order to activate all the AudialsOne features.
Audials 2026 version is a complete new version and once you install it on your system you will get a new icon for it on your desktop.
We would recommend you to download and install the new Audials 2026 version and only afterwards to uninstall your previous version, maybe you will want to transfer some files from the previous version to the new version and uninstalling the previous version before installing the new version, you might loose those files, and we want to avoid that.

How to Change the Language in Audials One?
Audials is designed to run on modern Windows systems. Below you’ll find the minimum and recommended requirements.
Minimum requirements (Windows PC)
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
• CPU: at least 1.5 GHz
• RAM: at least 4 GB
• Storage: at least 1 GB free disk space (for installation)
• Broadband internet connection
Recommended hardware (for recording HD videos)
• Powerful desktop CPU (Intel i5, i7, or comparable)
• Fast SSD (recommended) with several tens of GB free space
• Modern dedicated GPU (graphics card) to reduce CPU load
• Updated GPU and drivers (not older than ~4 years)
Performance guidelines
• A strong desktop PC enables HD recording and parallel high-speed recordings
• If HD video playback uses less than 50% CPU, your system is generally capable of recording it
Important note on Windows 7
Audials no longer supports Windows 7.
• Older Audials versions that supported Windows 7 are no longer maintained
• Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows 7, which may lead to security risks and compatibility issues
• While isolated fixes may still occur, ongoing support cannot be guaranteed
We strongly recommend upgrading to Windows 10 or Windows 11
Requirements for Audials Play (iPhone & iPad)
• iOS 13.0 or later
• Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Yes, you can install Audials PC on two different computers, using the same license key.
Note: You can only use one such installation, at a time.
Audials 2026 version was not designed to work at all on a Mac OSX system.
There is no native Mac version of Audials. Nor have we any plans of implementing Audials for the Mac in the near future.
All previous Audials versions could be installed on the Windows version of your iMac or MacBook by either running Windows in a virtual machine, or by using a third-party software, such as Parallels, as Windows compatibility layer.
On Mac Intel the previous Audials versions were tested and the drivers were properly installed on our side, but on Mac ARM might be indeed the problem that the Audials drivers won’t install. Our developers could not find yet any solution for ARM based Macs. What exactly won’t work on Mac ARM is the following:
• Converter: Converting AUDIBLE audio books (by burning virtual CDs through iTunes)
• Video Streaming service + Other/Screen > Screen recording
• Music Streaming services + „Other Source“ + „Continuous recording“
But other Audials features like Radio should work properly.
Important: This feature is no longer available.
Support for third-party search plug-ins has been discontinued and removed from current Audials versions. Therefore, additional search plug-ins can no longer be installed or used.
If you are using an older Audials version, the information below may still apply.
Plug-ins are optional extensions that expand the functionality of a software program. Many plug-ins are created by third-party developers and can add new features—such as improving music search.
To install additional search plug-ins in Audials:
• Visit the user forum and look for plug-in files with the extension .aplp
• Download the desired plug-in file
• Open or import the file in Audials to install it
Once installed, the plug-in will enhance the available search capabilities within the program.

Messages and dialogs that have been hidden by a Do not show this […] again option can be restored.
1. Click Options in the lower-left corner of the main window.
2. Then click User Interface.
3. Click Restore messages.
If you don’t want to receive advertisments about our products and offers at the Audials startup, you have the option to disable these popups.
1. Start Audials.
2. Open the Options.
3. Go to User Interface.
4. Under Discounted upgrade offerings click on Configure… .
5. Disable all those listed settings.
The popups with discount upgrade offers and newsletters will no longer appear.
Audials allows you to easily edit file information (tags) and trim audio recordings directly within the application.

To burn your recordings to a CD, first select the audio or video files you would like to include. You can either use your current playlist or create a new playlist containing all files you want to burn.
1. Select the desired files in the playlist:
• Hold the Ctrl key and click individual files to select specific entries.
• Press Ctrl+A to select all files in the current playlist.
2. Then right-click the selected files and choose “Burn files to CD”. This opens the burning assistant, which guides you through the remaining steps, including selecting the disc format and arranging the file order before starting the burn process.
Audials allows you to choose where your recordings are saved and how music and video files are automatically organized and named.
You can:
• Select separate save locations for audio and video files
• Automatically organize files into folders by artist, album, genre, or year
• Customize filename formats such as “Artist – Title”
• Create your own folder and naming rules
To configure these settings:
1. Open Music in Audials
2. Open the My Music dropdown menu
3. Open your PC options
4. Click Expert to access advanced organization and naming rules
Audials can automatically rename and reorganize files based on their tags, helping you keep your media collection clean and structured.

No, with the Audials 2026 generation, we have changed our product portfolio. Audials Movie, Audials Music, and Audials Radio are no longer available from the 2026 generation onwards.
The following software products are now available:
– Audials One Standard: Record music streaming, video streaming, radio, podcasts
– Audials One Premium: Record music streaming, video streaming, radio, podcasts and additionally enhance music and videos with AI
Step 1: Install the free Audials on your PC.
Step 2: Start the Audials software. Open the options in the bottom left of Audials.
Step 3: After your purchase, you received a license key via email. Copy it under “Account & License”. You have now unlocked the full version.
