The “Improve media” view of Audials One comes to help you to enhance any recorded audio and video, and it is based on the latest artificial intelligence technologies.

Why do you need AI media improvement?
AI media improvement increases the quality of your media:
- The upscale feature makes your videos clearer and increases the resolution.
- If you insert frames into the video, movements will become smoother. It also helps you to turn footage into a slow motion.
- You can also convert your video to HDR in order to watch it on a TV or screen that supports HDR.
- Your music recordings will sound clearer and deeper, especially MP3 and other files with lossy compression.
You have to simply drag a file in the Improve Media view and decide there which improvements would suite for you: upscale, insert frames, convert to HDR, Boost Speech or simply convert it into other format.
AI-based video upscaling
A set of machine learning models is provided (we named them like stars), which are able to upscale video files, make them sharper and more. Several models are offered, some specialized on movie contents, others specialized on anime/comics contents.
Visual help to choose the right AI model
If you wish to upscale a file, you need to install the desired plugin. You can choose between several AI models with different speed and quality. For each model, a preview is available, so that the user can see how the video will look after conversion.
For example, you will achieve with Sirius the highest quality, but it will take longer than other models. Vega Fast is the fastest AI model.
Here you can queue any improvement jobs. You can pause the queue, if you want to use your computer power for something else. And you can resume the queue in next session, for example if your improvement operations take longer.
In the “Music, Audio files” tab you can improve the quality of audio files as below. Drag in that view a music file, select Enhance Quality, select an output sample rate and follow the provided hints.
New audio effects were added into Audials 2026 version like echo, reverb, tempo adjustments, equalizer, and more. The Sound Splitter known as stem splitter or sound decomposer, can break a track into components: voice, drums, bass, piano, accompaniment.
Please be aware that a good GPU will always help you to improve the files faster. This is valid for upscale, insert frames and convert to HDR methods! Using a weak video card, the time to improve a video will increase considerably! More about mistakes you should avoid in video upscaling.
