The Screen recording/Continuous sound card recording does not work because of a recent Windows update.
If you get the message below in Audials 2024, 2025 or 2026, please uninstall your Audials version from the Control Panel and delete the entire Audials folder from the following location: C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Audials.
- Then download your Audials 2024 / 2025 version again from our page for older Audials versions or the latest Audials directly from our website.
- It should bring you also the latest Streaming Service (The issue was solved in Streaming Service 3.3.980.0, so you must have a higher version than that), otherwise the fix won’t be applied (Before installing Audials, try to disable your firewall/antivirus program).
- Go to the Audials Options -> General view -> down the page to the Drivers Manager:
- Please install the drivers again
- Reboot your system
- Start Audials and see if it works
Please be aware that for older Audials version, the fix is not available.
