You can do the following steps if you cannot start the Audials software on your PC anymore:
Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Audials. You will get here the latest Audials version. To get one of the previous Audials versions, please visit this page.
- Temporarily deactivate your antivirus software or firewall to see if it is related to your problem.
Sometimes the software does not start because it was not closed completely when you used it last time. You can check this in the task manager.
How to check Audials in the task manager
- Start the task manager
Enter “task manager” into the Windows search of your PC or press Ctrl + Alt + Del and select the task manager. Open Processes.
- Stop all Audials processes
Do you see Audials in the list of apps or background processes? Right-click the Audials task and select End task. Repeat this with all Audials tasks that you see.
- Close the task manager and restart Audials
If you have closed all Audials tasks, restart Audials.
