The “About Audials” dialog displays your installed version number, along with information about components and servers.
How to check the Audials version
- Hover with your mouse over the account/cog icon in the lower left corner in Audials and select the options.
2. Select the view General.
3. If you click “About Audials One”, you will see the entire information about the Audials version you have installed.
Note: In some cases the Audials support could ask you for the information about the Audials version that is installed on your PC. You can just copy the version info for the support.
