Well, here we are, the beginning of spring, the season have just changed. We are well into the spring, but it doesn't feel like spring, but the season has change. Here in the northeast, we experience change of season 4 times a year, and I really don’t know why people have so much a hard time, with change.

To be totally open, I don’t like change either, but I realized that in order to survive in business, in relatio

Well, here we are, one more week have gone by at the speed of light. We have even pushed the clock one hour forward. We are springing ahead creating his artificial jet lag. It seems that it really doesn't matter what hour of the day it is, it's always a good time to slow down. However, sometimes it makes it very difficult, when you have people around you, having an attitude, have a sourpuss face, trying to tell you that they are having a bad day or don't like what you are thinking or what you are doing.
Willian Shakespeare says, “There's nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”
Honestly, attitude of the

Intro:
"I must be totally honest with you ...
The slow movement doesn’t work well for me. I can slow down periodically, but not consistently. I fall into that trap of Quick call. Quick meeting. Quick question. And frankly, what’s up with that quick question. I have yet to find a real quick question. And if there was a quick question, nobody ever phrased it can I ask you a quick question. Please don’t ask me the quick question, nor ask me if I got a minute because a minute always drags for five and 10 and sometime an hour.
Hell, I’m trying to slow down and I’m not up for those quick qui

Introduction by Eitan Battat:
"I’ve mentioned in my last episode that I am slowing down. Yes, I am.
Our chaotic world is stuck in ‘fast forward’. We’re trying to cram so much into our day as Carrie Fischer and I’m quoting:
“Even instant gratification takes too long”.
Slowing down involves savoring the small moments, taking a deliberate pace in daily activities, and finding joy in the process rather tha
