It all started when I made a note on my phone with an affirmation that I was manifesting my ideal partner in co-creation of reality – She messaged me back 22 minutes later. We ended up going to see the new Beetlejuice movie at AMC Theaters. Afterwards, I was watching a Kill the Noise set on YouTube (She’s a huge fan), and the intense, Satanic imagery really shook me. It sparked this urge to create a track capturing the struggle between light and dark, so I started working on a beat and some lyrics. Then, YouTube's algorithm did its thing and showed me Ahee's remix of “Turn on the Lights". I mistakenly thought the contest was still running, downloaded the stems, and realized the vocals fit perfectly with the dark/light concept I already had going. It felt like a sign, so I scrapped my original plan of recording my own vocals and went with the “Turn on the Lights” vocal instead. I felt it was a good idea to share anyway considering Halloween is right around the corner. The remix was made in just one

My heart goes out to all the friends and family of the legendary CharlestheFirst. He was a great inspiration, and will always be remembered. Whenever I've been asked lately who my favorite producer was he was the first one I'd mention, and I had tickets to see him play next month here in Denver. It's heartbreaking and tragic. Just getting back home from Kinnection. Flying was a breeze, and I'm fortunate that all the gear I currently perform with on stage fits in just two backpacks, so no need to check any luggage. I had the best time opening up with an all original Antandra set on the Earth Stage Saturday evening, and I received an abundance of positive feedback from the crowd both during and afterwards. It's amazing when the vibes are amplifying off each other. It was sweet to test out my brand new unreleased material from my upcoming album on the Funktion-One soundsystem!
