Learn how to record and convert movies from Flixster.com with Audials Moviebox
Downloading movies from Flixster™ is a cinch with Audials. Audials automatically recognizes any video that your browser plays on Flixster™, downloads it at the highest possible speed and then correctly names the videos afterwards.
Audials can pick up and identify the videos that are being played by analyzing the data coming from your browser. It is a simple and effortless download process. So much so that you can start watching a video online and have it on your computer right away.
|How to record, download, stream and capture Flixster™ movies|
|Start Audials Moviebox and switch to the “Save video” view located in the “Streaming” section.|
|Select the profile with the desired format from “Convert”.|
|Open Flixster.com/watch-movies in your browser and select the video that you want to record. Pause the video at the point you want the recording to begin. 1)|
|Now click the “Video recording” button located in the upper third of your screen and choose the “Record from screen” option from the menu.|
|Click “Auto mode” to select the recording mode and then click “Detect + Record” in the window that appears.|
|Now continue to play back your video.|
|Audials detects the video window automatically and the recording starts immediately. 2)|
|Wait until the video has finished playing; do not use your computer while the recording is taking place, otherwise the video quality will be compromised.|
|After the recording is complete click “Stop”.|
|The video will now be transferred to the Audials playlist on the right side of your screen.|
|You can now play the video with Audials or drag and drop it into another application or Windows explorer to export it.|
1) Make sure the video is played in original size so that the best possible quality can be achieved.
2) If the screen recording does not recognize the recording area automatically try clicking the browser a couple of times or choose “Manual mode” instead. With this mode you can accommodate the recording area by yourself.
